Project DescriptionThe road has become undulated and rutted in areas due to the deterioration of the underlying road pavement . The undulating surface has created water ponding over the road . The road surface is cracked and the bitumen seal has deteriorated. The water ponding can create a traffic safety problem due to aquaplaning of vehicles and motorbikes. The cracking of the surface has allowed water to rapidly deteriorate the underlying road pavement. The pedestrian ramps do not meet curent Australian standards
Reconstruct the Road Pavement and Kerbing , Construct new pedestrian ramps compliant with Australian Standards and resurface the road with 30 mm thickness of new asphalt |
