Project DescriptionThe existing gravel road is very boney resulting in excessive corrugations and washouts at watercourses. Thus road needs constant maintenance to cater for regular truck traffic servicing local mines.
upgrade from gravel surface to 4.0m wide seal - this will reduce maintenance effort significantly. This is the final year of a 15-year program to upgrade this road using R2R funding.
