Project DescriptionThe existing sealed road has deteriorated. Some existing kerb & channel has failed due to heavy traffic loads. The grade of the road is quite flat and as a result water often ponds which affects the road pavement and road users.
Reconstruct failed sections of the road and provide an asphalt overlay. Reconstruct failed kerb & channel and construct new kerb & channel and drainage. Provide delineated turn lanes, bicycle lanes and indented parking and construct associated footpath along the road. This project is being delivered in conjunction with Maroondah City Council.
