The existing sealed road has deteriorated. Some existing kerb & channel has failed due to heavy traffic loads. The grade of the road is quite flat and as a result water often ponds which affects the road pavement and road users.
Reconstruct failed sections of the road and provide an asphalt overlay. Reconstruct failed kerb & channel and construct new kerb & channel and drainage. Provide delineated turn lanes, bicycle lanes and indented parking and construct associated footpath along the road. This project is being delivered in conjunction with Maroondah City Council.
Total cost of proposed project is $870,000
