Project DescriptionThe existing road seal, pavement and kerbing are in poor condition. The kerbing is vertically and horizontally displaced due to soil movement and tree growth within the street. The existing road surface is deformed and has several areas where the pavement has failed. Barretts Road has an estimated traffic volume of 1,700 vehicles per day
It is proposed to replace all of the kerbing on both sides of the road within Barretts Road. The kerb replacement will be followed by the removal of the road pavement and seal. The pavement will be replaced with 100mm of Asphalt and the seal replaced with 40mm of Asphalt.
Total cost of proposed project is $537,726 |
