Project DescriptionThe existing road seal, and pavement are in poor condition showing signs of failure. The kerbing on both sides of the road is in good condition. The existing road surface has extensive areas of crocodile cracking indicating the underlying pavement has failed due to poor pavement strength. Rankeys Hill Road is a bus route with an estimated traffic volume of 1,775 vehicles per day
It is proposed to remove the road pavement and seal to a depth of 140mm and replace the pavement with 100mm of Asphalt and replace the seal with 40mm of Asphalt. |
