Project DescriptionRoad pavement has failed due to poor subgrade and this section of road has poor crossfall due an old railway crossing at this location.
It is proposed to rehabilitate the section of road using a lime and cement treatment and mixing it with the existing pavement. Then bridge the stabilized pavement with an 150mm overlay of Class 2 crushed rock followed by a 14mm seal. It is also proposed to regrade the road to improve the crossfall. |
