Surface has been eroded resulting in limited rubble remaining on surface. The current surface is boggy when wet and breaks into bulldust depressions in summer resulting in traffic hazards. Drainage problems also occur during wet weather.
Cart new rubble materials to reform and shape the road surface to drain water and increase traffic safety during wet and dry conditions.
Total cost of proposed project is $165,681
