Project DescriptionExtreme potholing of pavement surface caused by flooding and burst mains over a number of years. Road floods during wet season and requires 2 floodways.Road shoulders are in a poor state.
Construction of two 10m by 8m compacted gravel floodways, 400mm deep with concrete surrounds. Reconstruction of 900m of road shoulders. Reconstruction of 100m of pavement which includes the repair of the subgrade, grading, rolling and gravel cap. Repair of large potholes in remainder of road pavement. |
