Project DescriptionThis section of the Ellendale Road is breaking up significantly and numerous potholes have developed. Reasons for this include extreme wet weather and bush fire damage. Sections of the road to be repaired have been identified at the following distances from the junction of the Lyell Highway and Ellendale Road: 220 metres, 300 metres, 340 metres, 360 metres, 500 metres, 1.3 kilometres, 3.1 kilometres, 3.2 kilometres, 3.4 kilometres, 5.0 kilometres, 5.1 kilometres, 5.3 kilometres, 5.4 kilometres, 5.6 kilometres, 5.8 kilometres, 6.0 kilometres, 6.8 kilometres and 6.9 kilometres.
Dig out broken up sections and re-fill with 50 to 100 millimetres of hot-mix as appropriate. Re-surface sections as required. |
