Project DescriptionRoad requres repair due to seal cracking. Parade Road is an important local distributor which provides access to the suburbs of Dalyellup (within the Capel Shire), and the surrounding suburb of Withers. Parade Road also services a primary school and is the main access point to the South West Sports Centre, along with other important sporting infrastructure, such as Hay Park.
