The existing sealed road has deteriorated significantly, with rutting, cracking and potholes evident. Rehabilitation of the road surface is necessary. The roadway is a local collector road and carries significant traffic volumes for the area. Upgrading of the road will improve local amenity and safety of access for road users.

Resurface the road with an asphalt wearing surface for 1,700 metres from Bellara Drive to Maroondah Highway to provide improved wearing surface and life.

Total cost of proposed project is $315,617
