Pavement has failed due to subgrade issues and substandard pavement construction causing the road to become unsafe to road users.
It is proposed to rehabilitate the section of road using a lime and cement treatment and mixing it with the existing pavement. Then bridge the stabilized pavement with an 150mm overlay of Class 2 crushed rock followed by a 14mm seal.
Total cost of proposed project is $744,692
