Project DescriptionGravel road impassible in wet weather.
It is proposed to extend Ivy Street through the Blackall Industrial Estate and join it up to a new extension of St Andrews Street, so that users of the Industrial Estate have an all weather access road from the Industrial Estate into/out of town without having to enter the CBD or residential areas. Previous work entailed formation of road and provision of adequate drainage, however road is at present a formed dirt road which is unusable in wet weatherConstruct all weather access road from creation of pavement to a bitumen seal. Length 440 metres width 6 metres.
