Project DescriptionGravel road impassable in wet weather.
It is proposed to extend St Andrews Street to join with Ivy Street and provide all weather access road into/out of Industrial Estate with need to enter CBD or residential areas. Previous work entailed formation of road and provision of adequate drainage, however the road is still a dirt road and is unusable in wet weather. Construct new all weather access road from creation of pavement to a bitumen seal. Length 140 metres and width 6 metres. |
