Project DescriptionThis section of road has many pavement failure and surface defects nor providing service level required in the CBD area. Drainage isuues at the intersection of Markwell and Short Street and Markwell and Pound Street intersection.
Excavate existing pavement and construct new cement treated pavement for a width of 4m along each kerb line amd a full width asphalt overlay. Improvement of Markwell and Short Street Intersection by increasing slope of kerb and channel to assist in free drainage and reduce chances of stagnant water and subsequent pavement defects. |
