Project DescriptionThis section of road is called the Poison Point Plain and is a strategic part of the Bourke to Milparinka Road. The gravel resheeting is eroded away over the years and needs replacing ASAP.
As apart of the Village tour to Wanaaring this was one of the major priorities of concern to the rate payers as the road exists of black soil and is closed for long periods of time during heavy rains.
Gravel resheeing of the thirteen kilometre Plain with 200 millimetres depth of gravel at 8 metres wide to prevent road closure. |
