Project Description

Existing rural road with a chip seal wearing course is aged over 25 years and is cracked and stripping. The existing shoulders on both sides are also rutted and with edge break up over the full length of works.

The proposed treatment is to crack seal for the length of 550m, resurface with 30mm stone mastic asphalt for the full width of 5.5m, regrade and compact the shoulders on both sides for a width of 500mm and install guide posts in accordance with Australian Standards.
