Project DescriptionThe road is currently sealed with a sprayed seal and has wide shoulders with table drains and an old redundnat kerb and channel. The surface is breaking up and water is travelling beneath and through the seal and continual maintenance is required. The road base is not considered stable due to the water penetration. It is an urban local road.
It is proposed to remove the existing sprayed seal, table drains and kerb and channel. Stabilise the road base reconstruct the road to that of a local urban road. Asphalt pavement and kerb and channel.
