Project DescriptionThe existing sealed road is in poor condition with numerous surface defects and pavement failures. The poor road surface provides low amenity for road users within the Tweed Heads CBD.
Rehabilitate the road pavement by the application of in-situ stabilisation to strengthen the pavement and reconstruct Bay Street on the existing alignment with a new sealed surface. Construct new kerb and gutter, additional stormwater and provide new parking bays.
