Project DescriptionThe road surface is very uneven due to the ingress of tree roots.
For the entire 0.25 kilometres the existing running surface will be stripped and tree roots removed. Reconstruction will include new carriageway 10.0 metres wide and 200 millimetres thick. New gravel will be blended with existing gravel, spread, water bound and compacted to achieved the required surface. A 14 millimetre primer seal will be applied to the finished carriageway. |
