Project DescriptionThis road becomes boggy when wet making it impassable for motorists.
Formation and gravel resheeting and bitumen seal of approximately 3.5km long x 6.5m wide. The design for the Old Richmond Road was changed to include three floodway's with two sets of 450 dia pipes under two of the floodway's to improve the drainage of this section of road. Gravel also had to purchased from an external source and carted to the job site as there was no suitable gravel near the job site.
