Project DescriptionShoulders are worn and rutted and pedestrian and bicycle access is hazardous and the damaged gravel shoulders create a dust hazard when vehicles access the road verges.Children on bicycles ride on the road from School to Shop daily creating a traffic hazard.
Sealed shoulders will act as a bicycle lane thus improving safety for school children on bicycles
Rehabilitate and Widen shoulders and provide a 2 coat bitumen seal for approx 1km
Total cost of proposed project is $97,000 |
