Various pavement failures (crocodile cracking and pot holes) due to inadequate pavement thickness and an increase in use by heavy vehicles. No control of storm water runoff from the road.
Box out pavement failures and reconstruct with suitable pavement thickness. Place kerbing to control/direct storm water runoff to drains. Install drainage gullies and associated storm water pipes. Place new asphalt seal.
Total cost of proposed project is $270,000
