Project Description

The existing road is heavily oxidised with extensive heavy patching throughout the pavement. The pavement is also displaying excessive bleeding and rippling/ rutting of the pavement is evident along the travel lanes indicating excessing bitumen in the pavement and a resulting soft pavement structure. Some cracking and deformation is occuring adjacent to the heavy patches.

Reconstruction of the existing road pavement including the provision of an asphaltic wearing course.
