Project DescriptionThe intersection is currenty priority controlled (stop sign on Robertson Road). Due to traffic growth along both roads, the intersection is not safe. Motorists are turning across traffic at risky intervals and the intersection has experienced several crashes in recent years.
The project involves installing traffic signals at the intersection which will include some widening of the road and improved safety for pedestrian access to the park adjacent to Chermside Road.
