Project DescriptionOne of 20 projects delivered as part of the Australian Government's $508 million commitment to the Warrego Highway Upgrade Program.
This project has upgraded the infrastructure between the Winton and Moonie Highway intersection, providing additional lanes, a new set of traffic and pedestrian signals and pavement strengthening operations. BenefitsThe project has improved safety and freight efficiency at the Eastern approach to the town of Dalby. FundingThe Australian Government provided up to $44.8 million to the project in partnership with the Queensland Government. TimetableConstruction commenced in August 2017 and was completed in November 2018. |
