This is one of the 20 projects being delivered as part of the Australian Government's $508 million commitment to the Warrego Highway Upgrade Program.
The project involves pavement strengthening and renewal of 16km of failing pavement between Drillham and Palardo.
The project will improve safety and capacity at this location.
The Australian Government is providing up to $10.41 million towards the project in partnership with the Queensland Government.
Construction commenced in mid 2018 and is expected to be completed in late 2019.
