Project DescriptionThis project upgraded the intersection of the Warrego Highway and Jondaryan - Sabine Road. BenefitsThe project has improved safety and network efficiency at the intersection. FundingThe Australian Government committed to provide 80 per cent up to $4.8 million towards the estimated $6 million cost of Acland Intersection Upgrade in partnership with the Queensland Government.
As the project was delivered under budget for $3.8 million, the final Australian Government contribution was $3.04 million. TimetableConstruction commenced in October 2016 and was completed in June 2017. |
