Project Description

Bolts have rusted from 1.5 metres above water line and below, causing the piles, whalers and braces to crack at the bolt holes

Replace rusted bolts below 1.5 metres above water line, replace split whalers and bracing. General repairs and banding of piles.

Total cost of proposed project is $300,080
