Hesse Street is one of the oldest streets in the Waroona townsite which has not been upgraded. The problems include lack of pavement depth, insufficient drainage capacity and failing bitumen seal.
Excavation of the existing pavement material and importation of new pavement material to form a new pavement to the required thickness. Upgrading of drainage system and installation of new drainage to increase temporary capacity during rain events. Application of an asphalt bitumen surface to entire length
Total cost of proposed project is $535,500
