Project DescriptionThis bus route has a high degree of cracking, poor transverse shape and surface irregularities leading to an uncomfortable ride for bus patrons and noise and vibration issues with adjacent residential properties.
The pavement will be lightly milled to reduce the affect of the surface irregularities. An asphalt corrector course will be applied to ensure good longitudinal grade and transverse shape. All edge kerbing will be removed and replaced and a final wearing surface of Stone Mastic Asphalt applied. |
