The two year old primer seal was laid following widening and reconstruction in 2014. A second seal is now essential to provide a long lasting surface that will significantly extend the life of the road.
A second coat spray seal will be applied to the road surface to protect the roads basecourse and extend the longevity of the road as per the Citys Road Asset Management Plan
