Project DescriptionThe kerb and water table on both sides of Norman Court are in very poor condition. The kerbing is displaced both vertically and horizontally due to soil movement and tree growth.. The road pavement is significantly deformed due to the reactive sub-grades in the area. Norman Court is 50 meters in length and classified as a “Local” road with a vehicle traffic volume of 50 vehicles per day
It is proposed to replace all of the kerbing on both sides of Norman Court. The kerb replacement will be followed by the removal of the road seal and pavement. The road will be replaced with a 100mm Asphalt pavement followed with 40mm Asphalt seal. The work in Norman Court will complement the work proposed in Norman Street. |
