Project DescriptionLen Mallon bridge was first constructed in the early 1900's and is a single lane timber bridge. The bridge has had numerous overhauls over the years, but has now come to the end of its life. It would be better for Council to replace the timber bridge with a new single lane concrete structure to reduce maintenance and capital cost in the future.
To build a new concrete bridge structure on the same alignment. The bridge will be approximately 30 metres long by 4 metres wide constructed with concrete piles, girders, headwalls and abutments. |
