Project DescriptionPennant Road requires a complete reconstruction due to pavement failure, potholing and drainage issues. Pennant Road is a busy connector road between Sandridge Road and Strickland Street, and is adjacent to the Forum Shopping Centre.
The Pennant Road works will consist investigations regarding options and works to elevate the road surface to eliminate drainage issues and ponding. Drainage upgrades will be undertaken where required. The road base will be replaced and resealed. Lighting upgrades will be undertaken to illuminate the roadway appropriately. Traffic Management will be an important part of the these works due to the busy location of the site.
Total cost of proposed project is $505,516 |
