The Current road is too small and ineffective to cater for the growing city and will be reconstructed. This work is being undertaken as part of the City Centre 30 year Master Plan Upgrade. The proposed upgrade will improve the city centre traffic management and enhance business and economic development city wide.
The road is being upgraded. Including full reconstruction, realignment, widening, removal of a roundabout, indented parking and pedestrian pathways.
Total cost of proposed project is $4,800,000
