The existing road pavement is heavily oxidised with extensive cracking and deformation. Extensive failures along the road and excessive deflections indicating poor pavement structure.”
Reconstruction of the road pavement including the provision of an asphaltic wearing course. Project also includes some kerb and gutter repairs.
