Inadequate and deteriorated traffic barrier at end of Cardigan Street with Bellevue Street (T-intersection) that need replacement with improved traffic barrier. These road and traffic barrier are located at a great height on top of a cliff posing further risk to traffic safety.
(1) Deteriorated Traffic Safety Barrier to be replaced. Barrier is located at significant
height and therefore involves high risk and appropriate design shall
be adopted for the containment of vehicular traffic.(2) The new barrier has footing so some part of road needs to be removed and rebuilt after the footing is constructed.
