Part of heavy vehicle bypass around town centre but is narrow and bumpy, with edges breaking up and generation of dust in an urban area. Also need to encourage more heavy vehicles to avoid the central business district and residential areas by upgrading a bypass through industrial areas.
Reconstruct and widen the streets and included intersections, increase pavement depth and finish with a spray seal or hot mix asphalt.
Total cost of proposed project is $330,000
