Project Description

Unsealed road gravel pavement is worn down and becoming rutted and slippery when wet. Wear has been accelerated since the last major resheet in 2010 by increased number of heavy vehicles, including some from mining operations.

Gravel resheet by placing a new layer of gravel along the worst affected road segments, and patch gravel smaller bare spots. Includes reforming the road profile to shed water and clean out surface drainage. Add a stabilising agent if appropriate to the material.
