The existing road pavement exhibits areas of roughness, severe cracking and loss of shape. In addition significant lengths of concrete kerbing is in a poor condition.
The project includes the following major aspects: • Rehabilitation of 575 metres of existing pavement and resurfacing with asphalt • Reconstruction of 1235 metres of kerb and channel • Reconstruction of existing vehicle crossings where required • Construction of 3 road humps • Reconstruction of existing concrete footpath • Construction of 400 metres of new drainage
Total cost of proposed project is $1,043,233
