Project Description

Kurundi Road supports pastoral proprieties, aboriginal communities and tourists with the Davenport parks. With the increase in truck and tourists in the Davenport Parks, this gate is either left open (that is non-preferred) or get damage by vehicles. The replacement of the gate with grid will improve accessibility, traffic management and reduce the risk of accident.

Replace a gate with 8 panel Grid. Works include removal of existing gate, grid construction, import and compact fill and erect new grid signs at proposed work location.
