The proposed section has the following defects: significant crocodile cracking, large depressions and/or potholes. The existing asphalt surface is old and oxidised. There are moderate failures in both the surface and pavement structure.
Pavement rehabilitation consisting of in situ stabilising the existing pavement or a full depth reconstruction of the road pavement. Both treatment options either have a size 32mm or 50mm thick dense graded asphalt surface.
Total cost of proposed project is $1,300,000
