Project Description

The project is expected to upgrade the intersection of Plymouth Road and Kirtain Drive in Croydon. The upgrades will include the signalisation of the intersection, formalising two lanes in each direction along Plymouth Road and delivering targeted primary school access improvements.



The project is expected to improve road safety for all road users and improve connectivity between people with jobs and services, and goods with markets.


The Australian Government is contributing $4.4 million to the project.


Construction is expected to commence in late 2022 and be completed by early 2023.
