Project DescriptionThe Tasman Highway Intelligent Transport Solutions upgrade will include targeted infrastructure modifications and replacement of the lane management system on the Tasman Bridge to provide more contemporary management of traffic. BenefitsImprove congestion and travel times for commuters travelling on the Tasman Bridge. FundingThe Australian Government will contribute up to 50 per cent, capped at $10 million. TimetableConstruction is expected to commence in late 2020 and be completed by mid 2022. |
