This project will upgrade the Clyde Road and Monash Freeway intersection in Berwick, Melbourne.
The project is expected to reduce congestion and travel time, and improve safety and efficiency for all road users.
The Australian Government contribution is capped at $40 million.
The delivery schedule will be determined as planning on the project progresses and in consultation with the proponent.
