Project DescriptionThis project will undertake a feasibility study to examine options for the removal of the level crossing of the Glen Waverley Line at Tooronga Road in Tooronga. BenefitsThis project is expected to deliver the following benefits:
- Improved efficiency of the wider metropolitan transport network.
- Reduced local congestion and delays.
- Improved community connectivity and access to services.
- Improved safety for all road and rail users.
FundingThe Australian Government is contributing $5 million to fully funded this feasiblity study. TimetableCompletion of the feasibility study will be determined in consultation with the proponent. |
