Project Description

This project will duplicate Beaudesert-Beenleigh Road from two to four lanes between Milne Street and Tallagandra Road in Beenleigh. It will also extend the right-turn lane for traffic turning into Tallagandra Road and provide on-road cycling facilities.


The project is expected to help reduce congestion, improve commuter safety and traffic flow.


The Australian Government has committed $5 million towards the project.


This project is expected to commence construction in mid-2022 and complete construction in late 2022.
