Project DescriptionThe project upgraded the Bannockburn Township Entrance, including the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Geelong Road, Shelford-Bannockburn Road, Clyde Road and Kelly Road, and associated pedestrian facilities. BenefitsThis project reduced congestion and improved traffic efficiency and safety for all road users. FundingThis $3.2 million project is fully funded by the Australian Government as part of the Roads of Strategic Importance Initative. TimetableConstruction of the project began in early 2021 and was completed in late 2021. |
