Project DescriptionThe Gogango Creek Bridge is located on Wowan Westwood Road, approximately 18 kilometres north-west of Dululu along the Burnett Highway. The project will replace the existing bridge with a single-lane, two-span concrete bridge to allow for heavy vehicle use. BenefitsThe project will improve travel times, heavy vehicle access and flood immunity. FundingThe Australian Government has committed $1,000,000 to this project. TimetableConstruction commenced in mid 2020 and was completed in early 2021. |
